The product you received is different from what you ordered.
The product has expired or tampered packaging at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in original packaging.
You must raise the return request within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved and the product is received by our team:
Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
If you purchased via cash-on-delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer or wallet credit after verification.
Refund or replacement is not applicable for:
Opened or used Ayurvedic medicines.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales.
In case of defective or wrong product, we provide a free replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).
If the item is out of stock, you can opt for:
A different product of equal value, or
A full refund.
